Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Items must have all original tags and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Silentgrind reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
